Terms of Service
Last updated: July 24, 2026
1. Who you are agreeing with
hiphop.id is operated by One vs Many LLC as part of the 1vsM network. By using hiphop.id you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
hiphop.id is the passport surface for an identity that lives on hiphop.world. Your account, password and profile record belong to hiphop.world, so hiphop.world's own terms and policies govern the account itself. These terms cover what hiphop.id does with it.
2. What hiphop.id is
One URL — hiphop.id/{username} — that consolidates a member's links, socials and
tip handles into a single public page, plus an editor for the person who owns it. That is the
whole product.
3. Your account
- You need a hiphop.world account to claim or edit a passport. Creating one is done there.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done under your sign-in. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without permission.
- Usernames are first-come. We may reclaim a username that impersonates someone else, is used to deceive, or infringes a trademark.
- You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account.
4. Your content
Your bio, avatar, links and handles stay yours. By publishing them on a passport you grant us the permission we need to do the obvious thing: store, display and transmit them on hiphop.id and on hiphop.world, for as long as you keep them published. Remove them and that permission ends.
You confirm that what you publish is yours to publish, and that it is not:
- impersonation of another person, artist, brand or organization;
- illegal, fraudulent, or a scheme to take money under false pretenses;
- infringing someone else's copyright or trademark;
- malware, phishing, or a link to either;
- harassment, threats, or content sexualizing minors.
We may remove content or suspend a passport that breaks these rules. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will tell you why.
5. Tip handles — display only
This one matters, so it is plain: no money moves through hiphop.id.
- A CashApp, Venmo or PayPal handle becomes a link to your own account on that provider's site. A crypto address is shown as text to copy or scan.
- We hold no funds, take no custody, take no cut, run no checkout, and never ask for or set an amount. We do not perform identity or KYC checks on handles.
- A payment made after leaving hiphop.id is strictly between the sender, the recipient and the payment provider. We are not a party to it, cannot reverse it, and cannot recover it.
- You are responsible for publishing a correct handle, and for any tax or reporting obligation that comes with money you receive.
- Visitors: verify who you are sending to before you send. Crypto transfers in particular are irreversible.
6. Acceptable use
Do not:
- scrape, bulk-download or resell passport data;
- probe, overload or interfere with the service, or try to reach data that is not yours;
- use automation to create accounts or claim usernames in bulk;
- misrepresent a verification tier, or forge a verification badge.
7. Verification tiers
A passport shows a tier — self-claimed, peer-verified or notarized. A tier describes how strongly an identity has been attested; it is not an endorsement, an audit, or a guarantee that anything on the page is true. Treat "self-claimed" as exactly that.
8. Availability and links out
hiphop.id is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue any part of it. Links on a passport lead to sites we do not control; we are not responsible for their content, safety or practices.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, One vs Many LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or funds sent to a handle published on a passport, arising from your use of hiphop.id.
10. Ending it
You can stop using hiphop.id at any time; deleting your hiphop.world account removes the passport here. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms, or where we must to comply with the law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use hiphop.id after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
A governing-law and dispute-resolution clause has not been set for this site yet. Until it is, nothing on this page waives any right you have under the law that applies to you.
